Ordered new fan and new resistor pack and just put them in, checked fuse, and reassembled. I've checked fuses in the exterior electrical copartment and all looks fine. Then it's likely the fan regulator has blown or the fan motor itself is kaput or seized. heater fan not working.
The heated air circulated through vents into car interiors is directed by the heater fan.
The new fan is not the expensive part.
