With the belt and tensioner now properly installed, hand-crank the engine around one full rotation to make sure your MARKS on the top cam sprocket line up at the same time your mark on the bottom crank sprocket. Lock camshafts, as required, and note position of camshaft timing marks. We replaced the head and put it all together and timed it.
