Val-air has some good stuff from what I hear. That would explain the huge hesitation I am getting. That does sound like a worn flywheel , when you depress the clutch it loads up the two flywheel halves and the rattle generally disappears.
Has any one heard much about the LUK dual mass flywheel?
Audi, VW, Nissan ,Volvo, BMW, Land Rover Alfa Romeo and maybe some others have strong gearboxes.

Could the flywheel problem be the cause of the vibration? I wanted to know the difference between a dual mass flywheel and a single mass which is what comes That's the general rule, there are some who break the rule and report no problems, so I mean it Mine comes with the Dual mass flywheel and the kit comes with a single mass. Has anyone run a lighter Wouldn't something mechanical like the flywheel be consistent in up-rev and down?
