Audi A 4 Radio Wont Turn Off

I figured bad pump and bought a new one and replaced it. All of the LEDS and the center red screen are on and won't go off when the ignition is off It seems that there is a CD stuck in the player.. The radio stays on with the backlite display as if they headlights were on at night!
