As for the OBD II connector - by law in the US it's always located where TTom indicated, regardless of car make or model of car. I'm willing to consider virtually any product regardless of price range if you all are insistent on one product or another. You may have to kneel on the floor of your garage and use a flashlight to see it, and be aware that it's assymetric.
