Is it the multifunction sender attached to the gear box? Both reverse lights come on, so the problem must be right up stream. If your reverse lights are stuck in position ON, or they don't work at all and your bulbs are not faulty - then more likely that will mean - your REVERSE.

I got out my multi meter and there was voltage at the switch, so I put a jumper in the connector and the lights lit up.
